Brand Strategist

SmartStart, a visionary Brand & Business Consulting firm, is seeking a Brand Strategist to craft positioning frameworks, lead brand development initiatives, guide creative teams, and ensure consistent, compelling brand narratives that resonate across every customer touchpoint.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to uncover brand goals, market challenges, and audience insights
•Develop brand positioning, tone of voice, messaging architecture, and identity strategies
•Conduct competitor audits, customer research, and cultural trend analysis to guide direction
•Translate strategic insights into briefs that inspire creative teams and drive brand alignment
•Support rebranding, naming, and campaign development across industries and platforms
•Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, packaging, and experiential channels
•Present strategy work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and client teams
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or creative consulting
•Proven ability to lead strategic thinking and storytelling across multiple industries
•Bachelor’s degree in Branding, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
•Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and cultural positioning
•Excellent writing, analytical, and presentation skills
•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients with clarity and impact
