Business Strategy Consultant
SmartStart, a leading independent Brand & Business Consulting firm, is seeking a Business Strategy Consultant to help craft and implement innovative business strategies, drive client growth initiatives, manage strategic relationships, and contribute to transformative market development plans.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned business consulting clients.
•Design and deliver strategic growth plans and transformation roadmaps tailored to client goals and market positioning.
•Analyze business models, financials, and operational structures to recommend data-driven improvements.
•Identify and assess new market opportunities, competitive advantages, and innovation strategies.
•Strategic Planning: collaborate with internal teams to align project outcomes with overall business objectives.
•Market Research: conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to support strategic recommendations.
•Business Development: contribute to proposal creation and client presentations that drive new consulting engagements.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Consulting or Strategy Development with proven success in client-facing roles
•Background in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, or Business Analysis preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
•Strong analytical and communication skills
•High level of professional integrity and problem-solving mindset
•Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-driven environments
