With close to three decades of experience, Meenakshi G.S began her professional journey in Human Resources in 2003 as a recruiter, successfully placing over 1000+ candidates across diverse sectors. Her early years laid a strong foundation in talent acquisition and people management.
In 2010, she transitioned into Operations, where her natural strength in creating structure and driving consistent deliverables became evident. Her operational expertise quickly expanded beyond HR, embracing broader business functions. From 2010 to 2017, she worked closely with multiple SMEs, helping them streamline internal systems and discovering her true calling — business process setting.
